Return & Exchange Policy

Please examine your order when it arrives and make sure all the correct items are in the box. Email us if you notice the packing slip or items are not what you ordered.


Exchanges & Returns

  • If you are in any way unhappy with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or apply a credit towards your next order provided that you return them to us unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact within 7 days of receiving the items.
  • You must email us within 3 days of receipt to request a Returns Authorization number.We cannot accept unauthorized returns under any circumstances. We will not credit or exchange any unauthorized return!
  • We cannot accept worn or washed items or items with tags removed and packaging missing or damaged
  • Please note that Postage charges will not be refunded.
  • If you request an exchange (different size etc) you will be responsible for returning the goods. No exchange will be shipped until the original item(s) is received and deemed re-saleable. We do not pay for shipping exchanges unless we have made an error, and your card will be charged the shipping cost at the time your exchange is shipped out.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if they show signs of wear, laundering or smell of cigarette smoke!

    Do not open and try on items unless they are the right size and color and you intend to keep them.
    Email us before you send back your items.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item or if there was an error in processing your order.

    If you want to return merchandise, you must send us an email within 3 days of receiving your order so that we can respond with a return/exchange authorization code and the return address.

    Your email should include:
    1) Your last name
    2) The date of your order
    3) The invoice number (top right of your invoice)
    4) Whether you want an exchange or credit to future order. 

    We will send you a return authorization code: We must receive the item within 7 business days after we send the RMA number. Please return items in a timely manner. Failure to do so will result in refusal of the shipment and you will not receive a credit or exchange.

    When you return the items to us please include a copy of the invoice and use a shipping method with a tracking number such as UPS or Priority Mail. If your item gets lost in the mail, you won't get your refund/exchange/credit!

    ANY clothing returned to us that we deem to have been worn, or that cannot be sold in its current condition, will not receive credit or be exchanged and the customer is responsible for any postage required to reclaim the item. This includes but is not limited to items with stains and odors!

    Items returned without a returns authorization number will not be accepted.

    Once we receive your returned item: We reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges or store credits on any items that have been worn, washed, altered or abused. Your refund will be credited to the card used to make your original purchase, or if you paid with a check, a refund will be issued to you within 10 business days. Your exchange will be sent to you within 7 business days depending upon stock availability.
